In Philippe Decouflé's repertoire, Technicolor stands out somewhat in that it has a narrative line and construction: lasting one hour, the audience follows the peregrinations of four characters, constantly on stage. Four fanatics engaged in strange maneuvers with a giant hamster wheel fitted with a trampoline. But who exactly are these four men, dancers, actors of a sort, including Philippe Decouflé himself orchestrating the merry chaos. The piece features, in turn, a disappointed lover, an injured and amnesiac Zouave, a Playboy dandy adventurer, and an abandoned acrobat. A cast of characters in a world where everything seems possible...
