A new staging rather than a restaging, Panorama recounts, and yet weaves anew, the history of Compagnie DCA. With some sequences from previous shows (Codex, Petites pièces montées, Shazam !...) as well as a number of pieces from the early days (Vague café, Jump), getting their very first restaging with a number of changes:: female dancers in roles initially held by male dancers; a quintet of performers instead of a quartet; small dancers in roles originally conceived for full-size dancers.

Philippe Decouflé's offering, played out by some young and talented performers, divulges all the skills that have made him a success: visual surprises, explosive humour and heart-warming poetry.
La Croix, 16/06/2012
Panorama combines the features of past performances, remixed, reinvented, 'best-ofs' from his playful, witty or poetical world inhabited by circus, dance, image, costume, lighting, music and the desire to stage a global spectacle.
Les Beaux-Arts, June 2012
Panorama embraces nostalgia with a crazy elegance.
Les Echos, 3/05/2012
Panorama is a complete work unto itself, deconstructing, combining, weaving together past aspects of works, integrating them into a new scenography, structuring them with scenarios invented specially for the occasion to create a kind of shimmering kaleidoscope representing the ebullient creativity of Philippe Decouflé. (...) Attending a performance of Panorama is an instant youth cure, not at all nostalgia-bound, it is the confrontation between past pieces and the present audience, a closing of the gap between generations faced with an accessible, playful work and its sheer communicative energy.
