Clémence Galliard

Clémence was a student at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris, continuing her training at the Merce Cunningham studio in New York and professional training at the Centre Chorégraphique National of Montpellier. She started her career as interpretative dancer with Herman Diephuis and then worked with Fabrice Ramalingom, Christian Bourigault, Olivia Grandville and Emmanuelle Huynh. Later, she joined the Woudi-Tat duo and danced in the Philippe Decouflé’s shows Sombrero, Sombreros, and Octopus. She took part in the expéditions of Clows sans Frontières and in the Mécaniques Savantes of « La Machine » (Nantes). More recently, she has worked with the choreographers Pierre Droulers, Fabrice Lambert, David Wampach and Hélène Iratchet. She joined DCA in 2006 for Sombrero and worked on Octopus (2012) and Contact (2014).
