PETITES PIÈCES MONTÉES

A large house, with windows, inhabited by imaginary beings whose comings and goings occupied the stage. This is the first dimension of Petites pièces montées, a piece for dancer acrobats, defying the laws of reality and going beyond the limit of a body all too human. The occupants of this house walk backwards, slowly sinking into the ground, and, in the end, fly away. They also speak their own language, with an amused awkwardness, as their amorous courting fail to the airs of musical comedies. Circus numbers, special effects and magic tricks galore. And, when the house finally disappears, its' obscure metal lines remain, demarcating the place for all dreams of weightlessness bodies.
