Dancer, Assistant Choreographer, Director, President
Director of the Office National de Diffusion Artistique (ONDA) and President of the Compagnie DCA’s Management Board since 2001, Pascale Henrot has accompanied Philippe Decouflé ever since his debut, first as a dancer (from 1984 to 1987), then as an assistant choreographer (from 1986 to 1997) and then as manager of the Compagnie DCA (1986-2000). She was also the general coordinator of the 1992 Albertville Olympic Games opening and closing ceremonies, the producer and assistant director of the short films and advertisements directed by Philippe Decouflé and the organiser of several events, including Triton et les petites tritures (Triton and the Small Triturations) on the occasion of the 1998 Football World Cup.
She also danced for Régine Chopinot, from 1978 to 1985, Astrakan / Daniel Larrieu, from 1983 to 1985 and Red Notes / Andrew De Groat, from 1984 to 1986.
Co-Director of the Paris Quartier d’été festival, from 2000 to 2007, Director of the Théâtre de la Cité Internationale from 2008 to 2014, she currently director of the Office National de Diffusion Artistique (ONDA).
